Beautiful Nashville Wedding at Scarritt Bennett
Tuesday, June 2, 2009
I hung out with Sarah of Planning Sarah Elizabeth last week. What a treat! This girl knows weddings! We were discussing wedding venues and I mentioned that I simply love weddings at Scarritt Bennett. The stained glass windows, the long, single aisle - so picturesque.
So, when I was so excited to learn about Angie Gambill's recent wedding at Scarritt. Scarritt's definitely not a new place but it is a classic Nashville wedding venue that remains a favorite.

Bethany and Patrick were married at Scarritt Bennett in Nashville a few weeks ago. Beautiful ceremony with lots of little special meaningful touches. One of which was a story they gave to each of their guests telling how they met. Bethany's dad met Patrick as a child and for years wanted Bethany and Patrick to meet. Unfortunately, Bethany's father passed away before they had a chance to. Luckily, a friend remembered her father's wishes and arranged a meeting for the two. This began a friendship that soon turned to love.

The couple sharing a moment together.

An impromptu moment with the flower girl. I just happened to look over during formals to see the bride showing how the blusher works and just thought it was too cute to miss.

I love this moment just before catching the bouquet. If you closely, you can see the bouquet coming toward them in the upper right corner.
