Bride’s Night Out at the Country Music Hall of Fame
Friday, May 21, 2010
In February, I attended brides' night out at the Country Music Hall of Fame downtown with brides and their friends. Bride's Night Out was hosted by Signature Events and I must say it was an incredible night for brides in one of my favorite Nashville wedding venues. Trust me you don't have to love country music to appreciate this stunning venue.
The event took place in the Rotunda, the Hall of Fame's signature grand, circular room that affords a super tall ceiling with great natural lightging. The round floor plan means unique seating options in a very inimate space.

Signature Events brought together some of the city's finest wedding professionals to offer inspiration and education to Nashville brides. Juanita of Dulce Desserts she served mini cupcakes and cake and her chocolate cupcakes which were to-die-for! They were mini and I had three which is REALLY just one so that's not too bad right? The Hall of Fame catered the event (I had the mini crab cakes - yummy!) and Music City Tents provided the exquisite linens that complemented the other rental items from Fabu - they're so good with decorative items for tables! b. Hughes Bridal showed us "A Wedding Dress for All Seasons" and created seasonal vignettes where they paired dresses with the tablescapes to offer inspriation to brides.

Tablescapes and gorgeous dresses
Words can't do justice to how spectacular the entire event looked and felt so here's a wonderful video by AndyCam for you to get an idea of how fun it was.
After a fashion show that featured b. Hughes Bridal's collection of Oscar de la Renta and Vera Wang gowns, brides-to-be had their opportunity to listen to ask questions directly to the panel of professionals who were present. There were some very good questions concerning cash bars vs. open bars and how manage budgets; there were questions about trends, etiquette, traditions - all really fantastic questions that we know will help you along the way as well.
Starting with today's post, we'll be featuring a weekly series featuring the Q&A session in video format. We'll see the professionals talk about trends, etiquette, and listen to them offer their sage advice - It's really informative and the answers are going to be really helpful in your planning process.
Enjoy!
Thank you to Andy Morris of AndyCam Productions for the pictures and videos.
