The Diversity of Regalo Design: 4 Brides, 4 Styles and 4 Beautiful Weddings {Part 1}
Wednesday, October 31, 2012
Some brides will have their venue in mind well before the proposal; others won't have a clue and will want their planner to help them make the selection based on their style. Some don't even have a wedding style while others know the Pantone number for the exact shade of pink they want. No matter where you fall on the spectrum, a wedding planner can help.
Regalo Design is a planning company that prides itself in being diverse enough to help any bride uncover and execute on her wedding style. They aren't looking to plan and style their dream wedding. They want to get to know you and plan the wedding of your dreams. To give you an example of the diverse weddings they have planned for a variety of Nashville couples, take a look at the two featured today (two more coming tomorrow). As you will see, each bride had a specific vision that they presented to Regalo Design. The result - every aspect of their wedding, from their venue selection to their floral design, is different from the other Regalo brides.
Sarah - The Classic Bride

Sarah & Peter's Classic, Fall-themed Wedding
The Couple's Vision:
Sarah was a polished bride with elegant style. She sought a wedding that was classic with clean lines and a timeless design. She also wanted to tastefully incorporate the wonderful feel of Fall into her wedding details.
How Regalo Design helped the couple bring their vision to life:
Venues: Scaritt Bennett and War Memorial were selected for their beauty, location, and historic value.
Reception Details: Formal ballroom with band and a traditional, white cake were obvious choices for the timeless affair. White chair covers, white linen, gold sashes, and gold chargers with gold rimmed plates added to the classic table decor.
Florals: Regalo used traditional flowers including calla lillies and hydrangeas.

Mary - The Vibrant Bride

Mary & Michael's Country in the City Wedding
The Couple's Vision:
Mary, who loves pink, wanted a bright, bold, fun wedding that mixed her love for the city and the country. She wanted a downtown location but wanted to add southern Nashville elements to her city-chic event.
How Regalo Design Helped the Couple Bring Their Vision to Life:
Venue: Nashville City Club was the perfect, downtown location for their style. It offered a great view of the Nashville city skyline and a short walk to Broadway for guests to enjoy.
Color Palette: With pink being Mary's favorite color, Regalo used bright pinks and added burlap (for the country vibe) along with a contemporary patterned table fabric.
Cake: Cupcakes were placed on a hot pink, cupcake stand, made by Regalo.
Decor: Lanterns and flowers in tin were used to decorate the ceremony; reception tables were decorated with old bottles and a variety of ceramic and tin vases. The couple wanted a "Nashville-style" look for their wedding so Regalo designed a large, custom Nashville-esque poster for guests to sign and they used Spirit of Nashville postcards as table cards.
Florals: Regalo created a wildflower look that included peonies, wax flower, hydrangeas, freesia, orchids, and lillies.
