Many of you have emailed to see if you made the VIP list for the 27 dresses event…well, I will announce the list of brides on my blog so stay tuned! (Be sure you have registered because any non-registered RSVPs will not be considered.)
So, I attended the Clarksville bridal show on Sunday and had a great time. I liked the flow of the event; it was very well organized and showcased vendors for all budgets and all wedding needs. There were also classses and panel discussions. Kudos to Beth of Turning Point Productions who produced such an enjoyable event!
When we arrived, we were greeted by a cheerful group of ladies who looked like they were having fun. (yeah!). They offered us sparkling apple cider in lovely flutes, which was such a great touch and the cider was soo yummy. We were off to a great start!
The entrance featured a gorgeous table designed by Kat of Selah Style and Events. She is a fabulous wedding planner. If you havent followed my blog, you may not know this but I am a huge fan of Selah Style. Kat is so stylish and creative. Her table designs are among the most interesting and glamorous you’ll find, especially in Nashville. Sorry - we’re just a few years behind the trends. (Don’t kill me; it’s true.)
Kat just moved here from Chicago and brought tons of style with her. When you see her work, it’s like looking at Vogue or Cosmo magazine. Plus, she is so “girl next door” so anyone could get along with her. I liked her so much, I invited her to the movies so we’re going to see The Bucket List tomorrow. (Want to join us? Let me know. I pay for 27 dress, you pay for The Bucket List. Deal?)
Here are some pics I snagged from Kat because I just had to show some of her work. Call her now because once she gets popular, she may not be afforable. She’s very reasonable now and such a value for her skills.
Clarksville show recap will be continued later. Going to get meet Shannon of myOWNvitations to get some goodies for my 27 brides!
