More and more caterers are extending or modifying their menus for those of us with special dietary needs. Did you know that a few local cake bakers are also able and willing to accomoodate your special dietary needs? They are! I spoke with Lori of Crumb de la Crumb whose beautiful cakes can be made to accomodate most dietary restrictions.
Crumb de la Crumb offers gluten-free cakes and can even do gluten-free infusions! They are also willing to create organic cakes, using local produce and eggs. For vegatarians or lactose intolerant, they can create (select) dairy-free cakes.
