Update on Bridal Blog Camp: 9 Seats Remain; Meet Our Team of Wedding Business Expert Speakers!
Wednesday, October 12, 2011

Last week, I announced our upcoming bridal blog camp, which will take place on Nov 6th and 13th. I'm back to share our camp's expert speakers.
The Nashville wedding industry is truly blessed to have not only talented wedding pros, but also wedding business experts that are willing to educate, inform, and assist others. I definitely have a passion for teaching and sharing all that I know about blogging but I am not alone. If you lived in other cities, you'd have to travel to learn about the bridal industry, blogging for brides, marketing your wedding business. BUT we have EVERYTHING we need here. The experts are here.
Over the last few weeks, I've reached out to several wedding business experts and asked them to speak at my blog camp. I'm honored that they are willing to share their knowledge to help prepare wedding professionals for the 2012 bridal season, which is right around the corner.
Remember, the advance registration option ends on 10/18. In fact, we only have 9 seats available for the camp so if you have been on the fence or have procrastinated, please register so you can attend camp and prepare your business for 2012.
Christine will help you determine your target market and present smart, cohesive marketing to brides.

Lisa and Jennifer will discuss ways to leverage your blog to drive brides to your bridal show booth, to continue the conversation after the bridal show, and to integrate your blog with magazine ads and website ads. (Image courtesy scoobiephoto.com)

Krista will discuss speak from the perspective of a newlywed (who used blogs and blogging to plan her wedding) and as a PR professional. She will share ways to reach brides via Facebook fan pages and how to use the brand new Google+.

Megan will share how brides are using Pinterest to plan their wedding and how the tool can benefit wedding pros. She will also share her experience managing social networking for AshleysBrideGuide.com.

As the founder of AshleysBrideGuide.com, I will discuss the importance of blogging for your bridal business. I will help you set up your blog (from SEO to images), plan your content and develop a strong strategy for delivering great content to your target audience.
