Legacy Farms is 22 acres of beautiful greenery and historic architecture to provide spectacular backdrops for your wedding day. The sprawling property offers four main wedding/event venues from which you can choose: the Historic Manor, the Event Center, the Rustic Covered Pier or the Courtyard - each one has its distinct look and feel with its own entrance, set apart from the next. Like some existing venues in Nashville that can accommodate more than one event per day, Legacy Farms has on hand signage and attendants to guarantee complete privacy so you still feel like you're the only people there.
Capacity:
The Manor: 60 guests for a seated reception; 75 guests for a cocktail reception
The Event Center: Up to 400 guests downstairs; Up to 104 upstairs; 200 for a ceremony
The Covered Pier: 100 for a seated meal; 84 for a seated ceremony

Pricing starts with complete packages at $5,000 and up.

Accommodations:
If you choose to build a weekend getaway at Legacy Farms around your wedding, you're in luck! They offer a discounted rate on the entire manor so everything is private just for you and your family/friends. The 8,000 square foot restored manor has eight guest rooms, each with its own bathroom attached. Each room has its own style of decor keeping with its historic look from crown molding to antique furniture and artwork. Modern amenities like central air and even a chair lift have been added for your convenience and comfort. Additional lodging is in their log cabin which can sleep up to four people and has its own private bath. The convenience of having lodging on site is the ease of already being there to prep and relax and not having to worry about transportation.
Legacy Farms' Bed & Breakfast package also includes a breakfast cooked just for you by a private chef.

Catering - Legacy Farms has its own on-site catering by A Catered Affair. Outside caterers are welcome as long as they can provide documentation of current business license, health department permit and appropriate insurance is required. Bartenders - Legacy Farms will provide ABC certified bartenders so you don't have to worry about hiring or sourcing for your own.
Parking - Valet Parking is available as is self-parking by the Event Center.
