Bridal Goodies from the Boro Bridal Show - Part 1
Monday, May 17, 2010
A few months ago, Sharon of Jonathon Campbell Photography texted me and asked if I wanted help capturing pictures at the Boro Bridal Ball. I had a booth at the show which Stephanie (a member of ABG) offered to host. So, I wasnt sure if I was going to the show just yet. But, after their generous offer, I thought it was worth the drive.
So, I headed out to Murfreesboro for a bridal show at Stones River Country Club. It was a gorgeous day and when I arrived, I was so glad I decided to go! The country club was gorgeous!

Rebecca George of Stones River Country Club (stonesrivercountryclub.com) and Jennifer of I Do Weddings (idoweddings-tn.com) did a fantastic job putting this bridal show together!

Here's the ABG booth, with Stephanie on left and me on the right. Many of you stopped by looking for me. Sorry I missed you! I was getting my eat on...
Always first on my list is food tasting! I stopped by Goodness Gracious who shared a book with Cakes by Pat. The food was great food but I kind of felt they didnt want us to eat it so i only got a few small bites! The chicken salad was nice but again - felt like i was intruding so...yeah...next...

Gambill Photography - Below, I'm pictured hanging with Trey of Gambill Photography. He's married to Angie Gambill, wonderful wedding photographer, and he's a pastor/wedding officiant. I always look forward to seeing him and what's new at Gambill Photography. This show, Angie was excited to debut a wedding video album, a mixed media album that offers video and photography.

Diana of Classic Party Rental showcased great bold and colorful linen, table, chair and china options. Their extensive warehouse has EVERYTHING you need for wedding day rentals - from funky to contemporary.

Destined to Wed (destined2wed.com/d2wjoom/) made me long for a tropical vacation, which I sooo need:)! Lisa is a Wedding and Honeymoon Destination Specialis.

David's Bridal's gowns usually don't wow me. But, they had some great gowns at this bridal show. They're stepping it up; every year they seem to get better. Maybe because they've teamed with Vera Wang. Not sure. But I did do a double take at this show as their gowns were showcased.

Uptown Events (uptowneventstn.com) was next up. They offer 1 stop shopping, from wedding planning and design to gifts.

My absolute favorite find of the day was Kennedy Occasions, a wedding planning + event styling company that rocked! I loved their booth; I love their team competencies - 1 sister is an interior designer, the other is a planner and the hubby (Mr. Kennedy) is the business man. Everything about their booth was well thought and well designed.
I was on a mission to meet them after discovering their blog the week before bridal show. You should check it out too - http://kennedyoccasions.wordpress.com!

Stay tuned. I'll share more bridal show finds tomorrow! All photos courtesy of Jonathon Campbell Photography.
