Nashville Engagement Photography Week! Batter Up at Greer Stadium + Nashville City Love

Since many of you are recently engaged, you may not have given engagement photopraphy much thought, that's why I'm sharing Nashville engagement sessions all week.
Engagement photos are an ideal opportunity to take professional photos, maybe your first with your significant other. They can be sent to friends and family to introduce you, to use for your save-the-dates or wedding branding or simply so that you have a grown up photo for your cube at work. Another benefit of engagement photos is that they allow a test run with you photographer of choice. You get to know your photographer better, which makes for a better wedding day. (Sometimes, after an engagement session, brides have fired their photographer. Yeah - it happens. Better to know now vs later.)
As you will find as you shop for wedding photographers, each one has a signature style. Some are heavy on details, others on faces, some tell an emotional story. They all tell a different story in a different way. It's your job to find the photographer with whom you connect and whose style you appreciate. Hopefully this week of engagement sessions will allow you to compare several photographers, their approach and style a bit easier.
I'll start the week with photos by Donald Yeager Photography. I've known Donald Yeager for many years ago. I've always appreciated his eye and intellectual approach to photography. He gets great shots, is professional and it's easy to spend a day with him.
