Renaissance Hotel, a Downtown Nashville Sweet Spot for Your Guests

The Renaissance will always hold a special place in my heart because it's where John (hubby) took me after we got engaged! So, last week, I visited Nashville's Renaissance Hotel to go to lunch w/my friend Blair who is a sales manager there.  I wanted to check out the hotel's 2007 renovations.  I mean, it was already a great hotel BUT now its even more fantastic. Here's what you should know: Their ballroom = a great for a Nashville wedding reception. It's guest rooms are perfect if you are looking to show your guests the best of Nashville.  It is centrally located and continues the "Nashville wedding" feel.  And if you are getting married at One Eleven, Country Muysic, Aerial or another chic downtown spot, the Renaissance is a must! Plus: Blair will def take care of you and your guests so be sure to call her to reserve your room block. It's a great full service hotel. It has a Starbucks! The food is simply amazing at the grille.  When I visited I had BBQ chicken sliders, potato cheddar soup and strawberry lemonade. The service was great and the food was even better. Really, I could see myself adding this to my restaurant list! I am very picky but I was more than satisfied. Here are some candid traveler pics aka Ashley's pics and a few that I grabbed from their website.  What you will notice is that my pics and their pics are really similar (other than the fact that my camera sucks) so there is no bait and switch here - just a nice newly renovated hotel with a fabulous lobby and great restaurants.
