When I got married, I anticipated most of my guests would be traveling from out of town. The Embassy Suites in Cool Springs was the location for my reception so I reserved a block of 20 rooms there, at a special rate. There were three great thing about the Embassy - 1) it is family friendly and 2) it was the host hotel so it was super convenient and 3) a continental breakfast was included so the festivities continued until the morning after the reception. I also booked two other room blocks near the area - the Marriott which had a similar rate special but offered a later booking date and the Homewood Suites in Brentwood that offered a lower room rate for my budget conscious guests. It only took a few minutes for me to reserve the rooms but it saved my guests lots of stress as they traveled to Nashville for my wedding day. I know you have a lot on your plate but take a few minutes to block hotel rooms for your guests to make it a little easier. Don't forget:). And be sure to visit their listing under guest accommodations because many of the hotels offer a special rate if you mention ABG when you call. It's brand new and they have a dj and party every Thursday.
