Lauren and Kelvin were married at Villa Serena in Atlanta, GA. Lauren choose this amazing space because just about anything was possible. She then took her vision of elegance to Beyond Details, a catering and floral design company that serves the Atlanta and Nashville areas.
Lauren and Kelvin were very specific about their menu which Beyond Details delivered. But, they took Lauren's vision a step further and also recommended...
..."a pre-plated appetizer - the shrimp cocktail. Guests were surprised to see a sit down dinner style with a buffet. After the guests finished their shrimp cocktail, butlers passed Caesar salads while the guests were seated. This type of reception gives you the feel of a sit down dinner while still allowing your guests to interact and get out of their seats at the buffet.
We really enjoyed the idea of a more elegant dinner with the plated shrimp cocktail and the salad, followed by the buffet option. It made for a intimate yet social event." ~Beyond Details
