A few months ago, Sharon of Jonathon Campbell Photography texted me and asked if I wanted help capturing pictures at the Boro Bridal Ball. I had a booth at the show which Stephanie (a member of ABG) offered to host. So, I wasnt sure if I was going to the show just yet. But, after their generous offer, I thought it was worth the drive.
So, I headed out to Murfreesboro for a bridal show at Stones River Country Club. It was a gorgeous day and when I arrived, I was so glad I decided to go! The country club was gorgeous!

Rebecca George of Stones River Country Club (stonesrivercountryclub.com) and Jennifer of I Do Weddings (idoweddings-tn.com) did a fantastic job putting this bridal show together!

Here's the ABG booth, with Stephanie on left and me on the right. Many of you stopped by looking for me. Sorry I missed you! I was getting my eat on...
Always first on my list is food tasting! I stopped by Goodness Gracious who shared a book with Cakes by Pat. The food was great food but I kind of felt they didnt want us to eat it so i only got a few small bites! The chicken salad was nice but again - felt like i was intruding so...yeah...next...

Gambill Photography - Below, I'm pictured hanging with Trey of Gambill Photography. He's married to Angie Gambill, wonderful wedding photographer, and he's a pastor/wedding officiant. I always look forward to seeing him and what's new at Gambill Photography. This show, Angie was excited to debut a wedding video album, a mixed media album that offers video and photography.

Diana of Classic Party Rental showcased great bold and colorful linen, table, chair and china options. Their extensive warehouse has EVERYTHING you need for wedding day rentals - from funky to contemporary.

Destined to Wed (destined2wed.com/d2wjoom/) made me long for a tropical vacation, which I sooo need:)! Lisa is a Wedding and Honeymoon Destination Specialis.

David's Bridal's gowns usually don't wow me. But, they had some great gowns at this bridal show. They're stepping it up; every year they seem to get better. Maybe because they've teamed with Vera Wang. Not sure. But I did do a double take at this show as their gowns were showcased.

Uptown Events (uptowneventstn.com) was next up. They offer 1 stop shopping, from wedding planning and design to gifts.

My absolute favorite find of the day was Kennedy Occasions, a wedding planning + event styling company that rocked! I loved their booth; I love their team competencies - 1 sister is an interior designer, the other is a planner and the hubby (Mr. Kennedy) is the business man. Everything about their booth was well thought and well designed.
I was on a mission to meet them after discovering their blog the week before bridal show. You should check it out too - http://kennedyoccasions.wordpress.com!

Stay tuned. I'll share more bridal show finds tomorrow! All photos courtesy of Jonathon Campbell Photography.

Yesterday, I shared my favorite booth from The Perfect Wedding Guide bridal show, by Enchated Florist. Today, enjoy more great resources and ideas from the bridal show.
ALA GALA - WEDDING DESIGN
The Ala Gala (alagala.com) booth was one of my favorites but one that I initially overlooked and almost missed. But, I am so glad that I didnt! Allison, wedding designer and owner of Ala Gala, created a delicate delight. I loved her peach and ivory color palette and all of the neat wedding details.

SIGNATURE CAKES by Vicki - Wedding Cakes
Signature Cakes by Vicki (signaturecakesbyvicki.com) offers wonderful wedding cakes that satisfy moms and brides to be! Her cakes with a twist please the traditional mom and the classic bride.

THE WINE LOFT - THEMED EVENT SPACE
The Wine Loft (thewineloftgulch.com) - I spoke briefly with Marie Hickey about this new wedding space that would be great for a rehearsal dinner or a bridal party.
FACCIO BRIDAL - DRESSES For BRIDE + BRIDESMAIDs
Faccio Bridal (facciobridal.com) showcased the most spectacular bridesmaid dresses and bridal gowns. I love these colors, the hottest this season, and styles - all designed by Jim Hjelm. I wasnt the only person admiring these dresses, brides were standing around marveling at the colors, each pointing out their favorite. My favorite???? The short tangerine dress on the far left. LOVE it. I just need somewhere to wear it. Need an extra bridesmaid?

(Simply to-die-for!)
I'll share more wedding finds on Monday. Have a fantastic weekend!

Over the next few weeks, I'll share some of my favorite finds from this seasons bridal shows. Why has it taken so long? Because there's been SOOO much to share that I'm just now getting to the bridal show finds. But, it's worth the wait because there have been some goodies that I know you'll love.
First up - The Perfect Wedding Guide bridal show took place on a wonderfully sunny day. The weather was so nice that I almost didnt want to spend the day inside. But, then I saw this wedding delight...
ABG SHOW FAVORITE: ENCHANTED FLORIST - WEDDING FLORALS & DESIGN
Award winning Enchanted Florist lives up to their name by never ceasing to dazzle us. They were one of the stand-outs (and our favorites) at the recent Perfect Wedding Guide bridal show with their French country themed display, cutely named "Lemon Zest!" They are never one to disappoint - not only do they show up with flowers galore, they bring their A game with their signature floral monograms, the spectacular centerpieces and bouquets, right down to the little details. They pull all stops to draw you in and to showcase just how awesome they are at wedding decor design.

I'm in awe of how everything melds together - both the blooms and the colors - to create this gorgeous countryside party. And the lemons! Lemon yellow just brightens up a palette and it brings such life to this scape.
This is the perfect theme for the bride and groom who love a more rustic, Provencal feel. What's great is even though this set up would look at home outside or under a tent you can also save yourself the sweat and heat by bringing it inside and it would still look great.

So gorgeous! And I'm not just saying that because I have a soft spot for peonies!
This was our favorite but we'll share more tomorrow!

Wedding gown designer Romona Keveza is known for her signature "Old Hollywood Glamour" designs. She has dressed many famous names for the red carpet and huge media events including a name you might recognize - one Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. Romona knows a woman's body, and knows that a bride doesn't just wear a big white dress but that more importantly, a bride needs to feel and look nothing short of gorgeous in that white dress.
Her designs makes every woman feel glamorous and look so so spectacular. Who doesn't want to feel that way right especially on one of the biggest days of her life?
You'll have a chance to try on some (or all) of those amazing gowns at b. Hughes Bridal's Romona Keveza Trunk Show this Friday and Saturday April 30th and May 1st. Here are some of my favorites.

Photo: RomonaKeveza.com
I can't get over how beautiful these gowns are - the fabric, the way they fit the body, the details, it's all so chic! Look at the detailing on this gown.

Every single one is exquisite.

OK, so the bottom right gown might not be for everyone but I just loved it and had to share! I also about fell over when I saw this next one in all its Greek Goddess glory. {heart!!!}

Anyone else imagining themselves in any of these because I am! These are just a few from Romona Keveza's 2010 Runway show from RomonzaKeveza.com. You can also see some more pictures at the b. Hughes Bridal Blog. But the best way to see the full collection is in person at the trunk show so give b. Hughes Bridal a call to schedule your time with them to ensure they give you their full attention and help picking your wedding dress.
We're looking forward to seeing some of you Nashville brides in these gowns!
