I heart aLoft. I checked out the rooms, the pool, the lounge and more at its Grand Opening party. I really do love this place and couldn't wait to show you real pictures from the happenings spot!
What I really love is that it's a great option for: - a girl's night out - a special night with you and your fiance PLUS the Den Sport's Spa for Men is right next door so you can treat him to a men's massage or indulge too with a couple's massage - a small bridal shower or bridal luncheon in their private room - and wedding guest accommodations Here are the pics that Kristen McBryde (Director of Sales) shared with me. People are addicted to Etsy and I am starting to see why. There are so many neat finds and it's always great to support a talented entrepreneur with really cool products. After seeing that Tara of Lavish Events also has a store on Etsy (see below). Yes Tara - I am stalking you:). No seriously, the girl is always creating something - She did my candy bar, does custom dance floors...I think she can do it all.

I stumbled across these cute cookies and had to share. When I got married, I anticipated most of my guests would be traveling from out of town. The Embassy Suites in Cool Springs was the location for my reception so I reserved a block of 20 rooms there, at a special rate. There were three great thing about the Embassy - 1) it is family friendly and 2) it was the host hotel so it was super convenient and 3) a continental breakfast was included so the festivities continued until the morning after the reception. I also booked two other room blocks near the area - the Marriott which had a similar rate special but offered a later booking date and the Homewood Suites in Brentwood that offered a lower room rate for my budget conscious guests. It only took a few minutes for me to reserve the rooms but it saved my guests lots of stress as they traveled to Nashville for my wedding day. I know you have a lot on your plate but take a few minutes to block hotel rooms for your guests to make it a little easier. Don't forget:). And be sure to visit their listing under guest accommodations because many of the hotels offer a special rate if you mention ABG when you call. Here are a few options: Cool Springs (Franklin, TN): aLoft Hotel - stylish hotel great for singles and chic guests. Contact Kristen and ask for ABG's current special. 615.435.8700. It's brand new and they have a dj and party every Thursday.
