When a Nashville-area church double booked their wedding date, Courtney and C.J. were left without a ceremony site only one week before the wedding. Allison Smith, owner of Ala Gala Event Planning and Design, saved the day. She arranged the ceremony and reception to be at Embassy Suites Cool Springs with an impressive room change during the cocktail hour.
Thanks to their resourceful planner, their wedding day came together without a glitch, with all of the details captured by Matt of Audio Video Art. Enjoy their wedding day highlight video and remember: There will be stressful moments during your planning, but as long as you marry your beloved, nothing else really matters... other than capturing these once-in-a-lifetime moments by photo AND video. You'll want to cherish these moments over and over again.

The newest rage among the wedding masses doesn’t start with a hashtag or recycled centered pieces, but is actually a flying machine with its eyes on you. Don’t worry; it’s not as creepy as it sounds. Trending this year is the latest and greatest tool of drone videography, an innovative way to provide an aerial perspective of your wedding. Photography isn’t the only option for recording that walk down the aisle anymore, so why should you settle for less?
Think about it. Every angle documented, available to view even as years continue and memories fade. Wouldn’t it be better to see the grasping of your significant other’s hand in yours, the water pour down your mother’s face, and your father’s stern look of protective disapproval from multiple angles?
It’s an odd idea though. A drone normally used for government needs or security surveillance at a wedding? It’s not as weird as you think. This flying copter-cam sets off on its journey to capture a sky view, chock full of characteristics you never would’ve seen otherwise. Videotaping via drone is gaining momentum, making it semi-easy to find companies near where you live to hire, and Nashville isn’t a stranger to the wedding copters either.
With This Ring Wedding Films is a Nashville company that is perfect for recording your nuptials. With This Ring specializes in wedding videography by using drones to give customers the perfect wedding video, full of aerial angles that capture every beautiful moment. The added bonus of having video that reaches new heights is that while you’re busy enjoying the special day, the drones can capture what you might miss. The unobtrusive video cameras are set up to provide beautiful shots in the highest quality and detail.
With This Ring Wedding Films offers a variety of packages and the creators love conversing with their customers to fit their needs. The outstanding work of these individuals supports the current wedding trend of 2015, fueling the fire as it sweeps across the nation.
The idea of photography as the only source of documentation for the big day is out, and the innovative video is soaring to the top of every bride’s list. Instead of the single snap of a camera, these flying cameras capture gestures, emotions, crying, laughing, and the subtle "I love you’s" as you tie the knot. So say "I do" to a new way to remember the wedding day.

Meredith and John’s wedding teaser is an excellent compilation of the perfect wedding day. A collection of shots from the wedding and reception created the perfect blend of moments captured forever, from the first married kiss to the departure of the “Just Married” limo.
The video is complemented by the cover version of “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You)” by James Taylor, and while the couple enjoyed their big day, Audio Video Art seized the small moments for all to see. Smiles, the cake cutting, and tidbits of otherwise unseen moments of fun are shown, plus Meredith and John’s first dance as husband and wife complete with the classic dip and a romantic kiss!
We love this gorgeous wedding teaser by Audio Video Art and are sure the extended version, provided to the couple, is even more magical!

Looking back on our wedding day, there are not many things that I would change. It really was all I dreamed it could be, and I am so glad we worked with the vendors that we did. One of my favorite people that we worked with on our wedding was Chris Wheeler of Chris Wheeler Films. Chris was our videographer, but he was also so much fun to work with, and he perfectly captured all our favorite memories of the day.
One of my favorite parts of working with Chris was filming "Our Love Story" to be shared at our wedding reception. I was nervous going into the shoot, but Chris made me feel comfortable and the end result was great. Our guests loved gettng a glimpse into how my husband and I met and fell in love.
A great thing about having a videographer is that you are able to relive your wedding day over and over again. For weeks after our wedding I wished so badly to go back and do it all over again! When we got our wedding film and trailer from Chris, I was able to do that because he recorded both the ceremony and the highlights of the reception. In my opinion, having those memories is priceless! I would highly recommend budgeting for a videographer at your wedding.
This is the trailer that Chris created: some highlights from our day!
