Our Favorite Wedding Vendors from the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show (Pt 1)
Wednesday, January 29, 2014
On January 12, Ashley's Bride Guide joined 1,000 brides and their friends at the Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show held inside the new Omni Hotel in downtown Nashville. We were thrilled to talk to so many of the brides who visited and signed up for our Smart Bride workshop.
There were over 125 fantastic wedding vendors in attendance at this bridal show! Here are just a handful of those who caught our eye:
~~~
Greenfinch Floral Design's booth was in full bloom, with lots of ferns, bright purples and lush arrangements covering their space.
Street Tuxedo was on the scene with their wide range of impeccable tuxes. From classic formal black tie to the new navy shades, they've got your groom covered in Nashville's premiere locally owned and operated shops.
Fanciful Ink showcased creative invitations and stationery, including a listing of the must-see spots in Nashville that would be great for out of town guests.
Chef's Market featured their delightful cake bite truffles in chocolate, strawberry and hummingbird. Consistently ranked among the top Nashville caterers, their talented team can whip up anything that your palette desires.
Signature Cakes by Vicki was surrounded by brides who were excited to try their many incredible flavors. Among their impressively detailed display cakes was this stunning blue and gold cake with fondant flowers and ribbons cascading over the ornate designs.
Branching Out displayed beautiful floral arrangements including some of the spring's hottest colors, like coral, peach and blush.
Creative Crumbs had three kinds of delicious cake to try, including their popular strawberry lemonade. They also had several beautiful cakes to see, and we especially adored the rustic cake with edible succulents and burlap ribbons.
Designs In Paper provided many examples of their creative wedding stationary, perfect for sophisticated Southern weddings or modern affairs. They also had fun 'future Mrs' buttons for the brides who visited their booth!
A demo by Oakwood Cleaners helped brides see how well the pro cleaners treat and and preserve gowns.
Ribbons of Chocolate featured several hors d'oevres paired with their chocolate and caramel fountain. Their presentation was stunning and the food was delicious!
It was with great pleasure that our booth was next to Cynthia of K&M Paper Designs. Her designs are 100% custom, of great quality and surprisingsly affordable! Her invitation suites were $2-3 a set but could have easily been priced at $5-7. If you are looking for invitations, definitely contact Cynthia.
