Sambuca is always a wonderful option for dinner, drinks and a night out on the town – but it is becoming one of Nashville’s hottest venue options for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners of all shapes and sizes.
When planning an event, flexibility is key. From the amount of space needed, to different menu and entertainment options. Do you envision a chic and modern hors d’oeuvre reception with a view of the city lights in a beautiful glass-enclosed space? Or maybe a more traditional affair with warm, romantic elements such as velvet curtains and wrought-iron candlesticks complete with a multi-course sit-down dinner?
Sky Loft:
Great view of downtown Nashville; Perfect for wedding reception, lounge or small ceremony.

At Sambuca, both are possible under one roof in their unique, versatile space. There are actually more than half-a-dozen ways you can utilize this hip restaurant to make your wedding dreams a reality.
Take the top-floor for instance. You can reserve the entire space, including the exclusive upstairs bar that has a stunning balcony overlooking the restaurant PLUS the jaw-dropping Sky Loft, or you can split the two up and rent the Sky Loft and the bar separately.
Main Area:
Can be used for ceremony or reception with live music.

Or for an even bigger guest count (up to 500!), you can reserve the entire restaurant and treat your guests to passed cocktails with a view of the city upstairs and dinner and dancing in the Balinese Dining Room on the main floor, complete with live-music and a second bar. Oh, and did we mention that a live band is included for any couple that rents the entire restaurant? Yes, it is!
Cozy Spaces:
Can be used for greeting guests or for guest lounging.

Open to hosting a day-time celebration? Well, Sambuca offers an all-inclusive package for events that conclude before 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. This package includes room rental, DJ, passed appetizers, a delicious buffet and a photo booth all for $50 per person!
Exquisite Food:
All inclusive or a la carte menus make wedding planning easy!

At Sambuca, the options are truly endless. Give their event manager, Tiffanie, a call today at (615) 577-2173 to start planning your bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, wedding reception or after-party.

Last summer, some of the biggest names in country music came together for Keith Urban's We're All 4 The Hall, benefitting the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We got a peek at some of the photos from the event's afterparty, held in the Event Hall. Aside from this world-renowned venue playing host to some of the biggest names in music, its magnificence transcends on every single occasion.
Enjoy some of the event photos and you'll see why the venue attracts engaged couples from around the globe and is a favorite venue for local brides, too.

Nashville is home to some of the most interesting wedding gift ideas in the country. Why settle for the boring, generic gift bags filled with party favors your guests or wedding party won’t use or will most likely throw away? What a waste of money! (And no one wants that!) Instead, try giving the gift of Nashville. Music City is one of a kind, just like your wedding, so give your guests or wedding party what they deserve - a uniquely Nashville gift, and help out a local-born business while you’re at it. You can’t get more Nashville than that!

Nashville Themed Gifts
The Anderson Design Group is a great place to get a ton of creatively designed, Nashville-themed gifts. These exceptional gift options can be anything from posters and puzzles to coasters, coffee tins, and magnets. The design of all the things at the Anderson Design Group adds a vintage look to your gifts while still keeping your choice notable. This wonderful shop is located on 29th Avenue North, or gifts can be bought online.
Of course there are many other stores that have Nashville-themed gifts. They’re a dime a dozen on Broadway, but sticking to the businesses that grew from Nashville, and in turn helped Nashville grow, will not only support the locals, but also give your guests a one-of-a-kind Music City experience they can hold on to for years to come.

Chocolate
Yep! I’m suggesting candy - chocolates to be exact. GooGoo Clusters are one of Nashville’s oldest treats and happened to be the first combination candy bar. These delicious bites of heaven might be small, but they’re definitely worth it, and giving a couple clusters to your guests is definitely full of Nashville spirit! GooGoo has many other options for gifts like T-shirts, mugs, and much more, but the chocolate is definitely the best.
Olive & Sinclair Chocolate Co., a relative newcomer, is another chocolate gift option. This locally based artisan has been an instant favorite.

Coffee
Very few people dislike coffee, and if they don’t like the taste, the smell is sure to get them. Why not treat your guests to their own bag of coffee from local Nashville businesses? Davis coffee is some of the most aromatic and robust coffee in the area. Although there are multiple ways to enjoy Davis coffee, you can smell it yourself by venturing into Davis Cookware & Cutlery Shop located on 21st Avenue. My nose can't help but fall in love with the smell as soon as my foot is in the door, so maybe yours will, too!
If coffee from the Davis vendors isn't what you're looking for, buy a bag from others like Bongo Java or Frothy Monkey and still get a taste of Nashville. These bags of coffee are not only useful and delicious for your guests or party, but they’re a piece of Nashville everyone will love. No money wasted here!

Nashville Gift Bags
If you wanted to go all out for your guests or wedding party - especially those who aren’t from Nashville - try giving them a few different pieces of the city and create your own gift bag. Maybe a combination of GooGoo Clusters, a bag of coffee, and a mug plus the coffee tin from the Anderson Design Group is more what you're looking for. Mix and match to find the perfect combination for your wedding! Gifts from Nashville can also be found at any of your favorite restaurants or small shops located all around town! If you and your significant other happened to meet at a specific place in Nashville, why not treat your people to a gift of Nashville and your own history?

It’s a daring aspiration when weddings of 100 guests or more desire an intimate feel, but that’s not to say it can’t be done. Justin and Jessica's wedding at Houston Station proved that it is more than possible even with 215 guests.
This winter wedding, garnished with soft drapes and candles coupled with the exposed brick of the Houston Station venue provided a warm atmosphere in a chilly month for all their guests. The silver, gray, and white hues gave us chills, and we couldn't help but feel as if we were present for the ceremony through the exquisite photos and videos.

Where did you get your inspiration?
We wanted the wedding to have an intimate feel. Chandeliers, candles, and soft draping were a must to accommodate what we imagined. Exposed brick at Houston Station also made the event cozier. We used a lot of white, silver, and gray because we felt that would give the wedding a winterish atmosphere. We used shades of purple in the flowers and bridesmaids’ dresses because that’s my (Jessica's) favorite color.
What was your (or your guests’) favorite aspect of your wedding?
Our wedding was classy and elegant, yet very intimate and relaxed. The preacher did a fabulous job at making us feel very comfortable and the band kept us dancing all night long! The photo booth was also a big hit with guests. The pictures are priceless!
Where did you splurge? Where did you save/DIY?
We splurged on the table linens and place settings.
Who were your favorite vendors and what made them exceptional?
All of our vendors were exceptional. Emily Humphries (wedding planner) did a fantastic job of getting our sense of our style/vision and recommending the best vendors.
In one sentence, what words of advice do you have for couples in the midst of their planning?
A wedding planner is worth the added cost!

The Hermitage is a Nashville landmark that attracts out-of-towners and engaged couples looking to celebrate their wedding. The Hermitage offers several locations to host a wedding, each of which has a different vibe and speaks to different types of couples. In hopes of displaying all that The Hermitage has to offer, Liberty Party Rental worked with the venue and other Nashville wedding professionals to showcase this unique wedding venue.
Take a look at the pictures, and read more about how these vendors came together to showcase the Tulip Grove mansion and the Cabin-by-the-Spring at this historic location.
What a beautiful venue The Hermitage is! Can you tell us more about what the venue has to offer and why you love it?
This venue is truly one of a kind. Being one of the most well preserved presidential homes in the country gives it such a great opportunity to execute incredible looking events. The history and beauty of the site simply can’t be matched in Middle Tennessee.
What does the venue have to offer as far as a wedding goes (ceremony area, reception area, etc.)?
We offer five unique venues to suit any bride or budget. Your design can be rustic with our Cabin-by-the-Spring, or elegant at the Tulip Grove mansion. You can use the lawn space at either of those venues for your ceremony as well. You can also choose to utilize the Hermitage Church for your ceremony. The Hermitage Garden is our most exclusive venue, with terrific views of the President’s home all while being surrounded by the natural beauty of heirloom flowers and crepe myrtle trees.
What was the inspiration behind the event?
We found it difficult to really sell the venue at offsite wedding shows. We felt as though the unique nature of our venues could only be captured by visiting the site in person. We used the wedding shows to invite potential brides to come out to our open house.
What kind of style did the event exude?
Each venue’s décor was designed to highlight the one-of-a-kind characteristics of each of the different venues. Liberty Party Rental did an amazing job decorating the Tulip Grove mansion and the Cabin-by-the-Spring.
What was your favorite part about participating in styled event shoots?
It was great to see all of the vendors come together to help pull this off. Because everyone was so enthusiastic about participating, it made the entire event that much better. If we would have only had a couple of vendors, it wouldn’t have been nearly as impactful.

The pictures of the food are beautiful! The food looks delicious. What did you love about the food?
We loved that each vendor got to show off their unique flavors and styles of cooking. Also, we had a wide variety of salty and sweet hors d'oeuvres. All of our preferred vendors always have a beautiful display that only adds to the amazing food.
