Not only did they include their son in their vow ceremony but they also wanted him to be involved in the reception as well, in a very sentimental and memorable way. Instead of a traditional groom’s cake, they asked him to choose a special cake design that was uniquely his – a bright blue warthog! Definitely a special, unforgettable touch!

Growing up in Brentwood, Tennessee, Ginna Claire knew that she would incorporate her love of the Nashville-area into her wedding.
She got married at her church, Brentwood United Methodist, where she'd attended since pre-school. She and her husband Eric then headed to Houston Station, a historic Nashville building. And while her lavish wedding was filled with many splurges, there was one area that she decided to do herself... her table decor! Not only did she D.I.Y. (do it yourself) her tables, but she came up with the cutest way to do so. Each table represented a different Nashville landmark and some even had mini-replicas!

Featuring loads of fall themed details, this October wedding reception at aVenue was filled with outdoorsy charm in the couple's elegant decor, with rich colors and harvest accents. The wedding cake even featured tiny white pumpkins among the adornments to bring the outdoors in! It can be easy to go overboard with a theme, but the fabulous team at Randi Events made sure that these fall details were understated and remained sophisticated accents throughout the gorgeous setting.

Caitlin and Dominic met in the Philippines while serving as volunteers for the U.S. Peace Corps. Seriously, how amazing is that?! This adventurous pair dreamed of a ceremony and reception at Houston Station that reflected their laid-back, traditional style. A romantic feel was also important to them, and they achieved just that with the help of billowy draping, elegant glass chandeliers and gorgeous flower arrangements that featured varying sizes of winter-inspired blooms and willow branches.

“Pearls, lace and all things classy.” This was the décor scheme that bride, Lauren, envisioned for her wedding day and Lane Photography was on hand to capture that lovely vision brought to life at Riverwood Mansion.
A ballerina and dance teacher by trade, Lauren had the absolutely fabulous idea to enlist some of her students to dawn pink tutus and dance down the aisle to her favorite song – we seriously cannot get enough of those sweet little ballerinas!

Kelly and Reise’s “Old Hollywood” style New Year’s Eve wedding at The Hutton Hotel, captured by SheHeWe Photography, was nothing short of spectacular. Since the bride, groom, and their guests were not only celebrating their wedding, but New Year’s Eve as well, they decided to transform the traditional ballroom into a luxurious lounge with untraditional seating and food stations scattered throughout the space featuring unique, elevated-southern cuisine. This got the party started right off the bat by allowing the guests to mix and mingle while they enjoyed delicious fare and specialty cocktails.

When Tricia and Mathew planned their 2013 wedding, they decided to take a risk and book the stunning Mint Springs Farms - even though it was still under construction when they visited! The venue ended up being the perfect country setting for the atmosphere the couple wanted to share with their guests, many of whom were visiting from California. Bringing even more Nashville charm to their affair, the music was provided by a band that would usually be found rocking out on Broadway. This really gave their party a country flair!
